You accept the following operational guidelines by using the Thenewsetter interface (the “Service”). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“The User”) and Thenewsetter (“The Organization”).
1. Acceptance of Protocol
Accessing any data node hosted by Thenewsetter signifies your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the parameters defined herein, you are instructed to terminate your session immediately.
2. Information Warranty Disclaimer
Thenewsetter provides news and analysis for informational and educational purposes only.
- Precision vs. Perfection: Despite our stringent verification procedures, we cannot guarantee that the service is 100% error-free.
- No Advice: Our reporting on the digital economy, emerging tech, or global policy does not constitute financial, legal, or technical advice. The Organization is not liable for any decisions, data loss, or financial setbacks resulting from the use of our reported data.
3. Intellectual Property and Data Rights
The modular content produced by Thenewsetter is the exclusive property of The Organization.
- Usage Rights: Excerpts may be shared by users as long as they provide a direct “backlink” to the original node.
- Prohibited Acts: Automated scraping, bulk data harvesting, or the redistribution of our full technical reports without express written consent is a violation of this protocol.
4. User Conduct and System Usage
To maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio within our community interfaces, users must:
- Avoid the transmission of “noise” (spam, phishing, or malicious code).
- Refrain from attempting to bypass our security architecture or API rate limits.
- Maintain objective discourse in public-facing comment nodes.
5. Subscription and Access
Access to certain premium documentation requires a valid user node (Account).
- Security: You are responsible for the encryption and security of your access credentials.
- Termination: Any user node that disobeys these protocols may be disconnected without warning.
6. External Node Links
Thenewsetter often links to primary sources and third-party white papers. We do not control the security or content of these external nodes and are not responsible for any incidents occurring outside our domain.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thenewsetter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your session. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) for accessing the Service.
8. Versioning and Amendments
This Protocol is subject to updates. We do not provide individual notifications for minor adjustments. It is recommended that users routinely check this node for the most recent versioning. After an update, continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified parameters.
